She nodded, still looking concerned. "Did I upset you?"

"No, no. Just surprised me." He smiled.

"Was it a wrong thing to ask?" She was looking away, a bit afraid to meet his eyes.

"No. It wasn't wrong." He ran his fingers through his hair. "I'm not used to being asked that though. But it wasn't wrong."

"Probably most people know a lot more than me," she said pensively. "I always end up feeling lost. It's okay if you don't want to."

"It's just..." There was a sigh then he tilted her head back up to face him. "Nevermind that actually. Are you sure you want me to show you?"

She hesitated, then nodded. "Yes. I trust you. And I haven't ever felt this way around anyone else."

He took a deep breath then moved closer to her so he could wrap his arms around her. "Alright. But if you ever want me to stop. Just tell me."

Rain nodded, confused as to why he might think she wanted to stop, but she trusted him so she agreed. "I will."

She loved the feel of his arms around her. It was like when they were dancing.

Mat leaned in and kissed her. This kiss was different from all the others he'd given her. It was slow and lasting and there was a hint of heat to it that kept building up. He doubted she was a virgin from the things she'd told him so far but he'd treat her like one.

He'd take his time and be as gentle as possible.

Oh, this was different! And wonderful! The feelings inside her intensified until she found herself clinging to him, wanting even more of this whatever it was.

Carefully, he moved her until she was sitting in his lap. It would be more comfortable for the both of them that way. And he always wanted the girl he was kissing to be comfortable.

She let him shift her without protest - anything that would let him continue this marvelousness. This was so different from the soft kisses they'd shared before. It made that wanting inside her grow until she was making soft sounds at the back of her throat as she tried to get even closer to him.

She was certainly reacting how he wanted her to. Or rather, how he'd hoped she would. Bringing his hand up, he cupped the back of her neck as he deepened the kiss further. Like the sound she'd made had encouraged him.

She gasped into his mouth as he deepened the kiss, startled, but totally caught up in the feelings he aroused in her. She was awkward at first, but did well mimicking him, sensing instinctively that she wanted him to feel as she did. One of her hands even crept up his neck to stroke the hair there.

Mat made a soft sound. He was greatly enjoying himself. He'd always loved doing this. Pulling back, he moved his lips down to trail kisses along her neck. Soft kisses only.

She made a sound of protest whe he pulled back, then clung to him again, arching her neck to allow him greater access, once she realized what she was doing. "Oh, Mat, yes," she said breathlessly.

It might be too chilly to be removing clothes but he'd find a way to manage. His hands moved down to slide under her clothes. To just barely touch her skin with his fingers. He was fully prepared to pull back if she didn't like it.

She whimpered and arched into him, her body asking for more.

Alright, so far so good. He brought his hands further under her clothes. And he nipped at the skin of her neck. "Are you alright?"

She nodded, finding it hard to catch her breath. "Yes, oh Mat, please, yes. Touch me more."

He smiled against her neck and nodded as his hands moved further up her back while his lips moved down her neck then back up the other side.

She whimpered again, moving into him. "What can I - tell me what to do?"

He moved up to her ear. "Don't think about it. Just do what you want and what feels right. React and move as you want. It'll seem strange at first but you'll get better as it goes along. It's alright. You'll be fine."

She turned her head, searching for his mouth, and let her hands slide inside his coat, not quite brave enough to go searching for skin yet, just stroking whatever she could reach.
